Commitments of a TWLIP Member Organization

If successful, members are expected to abide by the Terms of Reference for the Planning & Coordinating Committee. The commitments for membership include:

Attendance at PCC Meetings: There are typically five (5) meetings over the course of a program year.
Minimum Commitment to Membership: Members are expected to commit to a membership of at least one full calendar year. Membership is ongoing, but reviewed annually. Members who intend to leave the PCC will provide written notice to the committee via the TWLIP manager.
Active Participation in the work of TWLIP: Members are expected to participate in the implementation of activities with the Action Groups, or to designate a staff member from their respective organization to carry out projects.
Maintain Communications with TWLIP: Members will assign a delegate to represent the organization at PCC, and will notify the TWLIP manager should the organization replace its representative at the committee promptly.
